Job Responsibilities:-

·         Assist Project Manager in fire services project execution & tender estimation;

·         Liaise and communicate with client, architect, consultant, main contractor and others;

·         Supervise subcontractor performance;

·         Prepare tenders, job budget, drawing and equipment submission for new projects or A&A works.

Job Requirements:-

·         Holder of Degree / Higher Diploma in Building Services / Fire Services Engineering or equivalent;

·         At least 5 years of proven experience in project execution;

·         Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English;

·         Proficient in PC application, MS Office, AutoCAD;

·         With knowledge in using BIM software application is an advantage.

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Engineer
