Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated professional to join our Hong Kong team for the position of Airfreight Sales Manager.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the cargo industry who can help driving Linex HK’s airfreight business forward by managing sales activities, developing new business opportunities to achieve targets in the logistics and express delivery sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Work independently and take ownership of sales activities
Generate new business opportunities and expand our customer base
Bring in customers who can provide potential growth for the company’s cargo activities
Manage international shipments with accuracy and efficiency
Coordinate with global partners to ensure smooth operations
Contribute to commercial growth through strategic sales and customer relationship management
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Business, or related disciplines
Minimum 3+ years related sales experience, preferably in logistics, cargo or freight forwarding industry with a successful track record in achieving new sales performance
Solid knowledge and customer network for business development
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Self-motivated, detail-minded, proactive, and result-driven
Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese, and Mandarin
