Job Duties:

• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to execute operational policies, procedures and strategy for Fresh Market

• Deliver a high-quality property management service for assigned Fresh Market asset

• Monitor and oversee contractors’ performance in security, cleaning, customer service and maintenance to meet company’s standard

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns for Fresh Market

• Handle inquiries and complaints from different parties

• Handle tenancy matters such as repossession & handover of premises, enforcement action against tenancy agreement, deposit refund, etc

• Perform in other ad hoc tasks as assigned

• Support a customer centric culture and strive for operational excellence for self and within the team

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma holder or above in Business, Real Estate, Property Management or related disciplines

• Effective interpersonal and communication skills

• Responsible, self-motivated and able to work independently

• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin

• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing

• Candidates with Fresh Market operations will be considered as an advantage

• Preferrable to hold Tier 1/Tier 2 Property Management Practitioner License under PMSO
