Key Responsibilities

×           Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving and dispatching of goods

×           Manage full-cycle inventory control (receiving, storage, issuance, tracking) for all stock items

×           Ensure appropriate storage conditions for various goods, including temperature-controlled items where required

×           Plan and optimize warehouse layout, storage systems, and space utilization for maximum efficiency

×           Conduct regular cycle counts, stock audits, and annual physical inventory

×           Maintain accurate records, including batch/lot tracking as needed

×           Implement and enforce warehouse safety, security, and housekeeping standards

×           Coordinate with procurement, shop managers, logistics, and delivery teams

×           Monitor slow-moving or obsolete stock and recommend appropriate actions

×           Prepare warehouse performance and inventory reports for management

Requirements

×          Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehouse Management, or related field

×          At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in warehouse management and inventory control

×          Proficiency in storekeeping systems

×          Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

×          Ability to manage warehouse processes and teams

×          Good command of English and Chinese (written and spoken)
