Responsibilities:

• Prepare loan and collateral documents
• Handle loan applications processing and credit checking
• Handle customer’s enquiries and follow up with customer’s loan application to drawdown
• Responsible for settlement, follow up overdue payment
• Prepare regular reports for management review
• Assist in any ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• Relevant experience in finance, customer relationship, loan or mortgage is most welcomed
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive and able to work under pressure
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, knowledge in Putonghua will be an advantage
• Fresh graduates will also be considered
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Loan Clerk
