What you are in charge of:

• Collaborate with Manager to understand client requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Prepare and review technical proposals, drawings, and specifications for bids and tenders.

• Liaise with design and project teams to ensure feasibility and alignment of proposed solutions.

• Provide cost estimation and budgeting for projects.

• Take part in pre-sales activities including client presentations, site visits, and product demonstrations.

What you offer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (or similar tools) and MS Office.

• 2–5 years of experience in engineering roles, preferably with exposure to sales or customer-facing environments.

• Good communication and presentation skills.

• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin.

• Experienced in proposal management and sales management (especially for the tendering phase).

• Extensive or direct experience within our niche market (e.g. automated logistics for air cargo, car park systems) will be an advantage.
