What you are in charge of:

• Provide technical support to lifts (including mechanized vehicle parking systems and goods lifts)

• Plan and supervise the lifts installation, maintenance and repair

• Prepare and apply type approval for new lifts and safety components, and submit updated type examination certificates when necessary

• Prepare and conduct statutory examinations and tests for new and existing lifts, and lifts for major alteration, submit required forms, documents and photos

• Conduct incident investigations and report to EMSD when required

• Ensure compliance with all the relevant IMS requirements and lift regulations

What you offer:

• Registered Lift Engineer

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

• 3 years or above post registration experience in lifts

• Strong communication and management skill
