What you are in charge of:

• Collaborate with the Manager to understand client requirements and translate them into tailored technical solutions.

• Manage new incoming enquiries. Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers, acting as a key point of contact for technical queries, follow-ups, and ongoing project support.

• Prepare and review technical and commercial proposals, drawings (using AutoCAD), and specifications for bids and tenders.

• Liaise with internal design, controls and project engineering teams to ensure feasibility and alignment of proposed solutions.

• Assist in cost estimation, budgeting, and bill of quantities (BOQ) preparation for projects.

• Support pre-sales activities including client presentations, site visits, technical clarifications, and product demonstrations.

• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the material handling sector.

What you offer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (or similar tools) and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• 2–5 years of experience in an engineering role, preferably with exposure to sales, tendering, or customer-facing environments.

• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively under tight deadlines.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients.     

• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural team environment.
