SENIOR SALES ASSOCIATE

Job Responsibilities:

• Maximize sales opportunities to achieve sales targets

• Provide high quality of service in shop and maintain brand image

• Build customer/VIP database and maintain customer relationship

• Responsible for the daily store operations

• Perform other related duties as assigned when necessary

 Job Requirements:

• Form 5 or above

• 3 years or above relevant experience in retail luxury fashion brands

• Strong knowledge and selling skills of ready-to-wear

• Strong fashion sense and have knowledge in fashion trend

• Basic customer service skills with the ability to support client interactions

·         Excellent interpersonal skills with a pleasant personality

• Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin 

SALES ASSOCIATE

·         Excellent interpersonal skills with a pleasant personality

• Good command of Cantonese and Mandarin
