Purchasing Clerk

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for consolidating purchasing order with suppliers and P/O follow-up
  • Arrange the delivery schedule and delivery documents
  • Sourcing of new suppliers for better quality, price & services
  • Monitor supplier’s performance and quality
  • Manage and update the purchasing database and records
  • Liaising with factories and customers
  • Travel to PRC is required upon request

 

Requirements

  • Form 5 / HKDSE or above
  • 3-5 years relevant working experience in toy field
  • Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English, knowledge in Putonghua is highly preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
  • Mature, flexible, detail oriented, energetic and self-motivated
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight time schedule
  • Immediately available is preferred

 

Alternate Saturday, Double pay, Medical, Annual leave, Bonus
