About the role

Longtech Plastic and Metal Works is seeking an experienced PMC Manager to join our team in Shenzhen, China. As the PMC Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the planning, execution, and monitoring of all project management activities for our manufacturing operations. This full-time position offers the opportunity to contribute to the strategic objectives of our growing organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Create a framework for resource and capacity planning on the ERP system;

• Manage the PMC department, including purchasing and inventory of raw materials, production planning and control, and scheduling;

• Maintain data in the ERP system and ensure its accuracy promptly

• Develop strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and quality of the PMC department;

• Responsible for master planning and manpower planning

• Coordinate with another department to meet customer's schedule

What we're looking for

• Extensive experience (8+ years) in a project management role, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics industry

• Proven track record of successfully managing complex, multi-faceted projects from inception to completion

• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Proficient in project management methodologies, tools, and software (e.g. Microsoft Project, Primavera)

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
