This role is part of the Asia Pacific Marketing team, reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager and supporting marketing initiatives across Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, Bangkok, Australia, and Taiwan. The Marketing Specialist will work closely with Marketing, Retail, and external partners to support the planning and execution of marketing activities that enhance the client experience and strengthen brand awareness. The role will focus on supporting in-store events, retail animations, trunk shows, and brand activations, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with Loro Piana's brand values and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of in-store events, retail animations, trunk shows, and pop-ups across Asia Pacific markets

• Coordinate with vendors and agencies to ensure successful implementation and elevate client experiences that reflect the brand's standards

• Assist in the implementation of store-level marketing initiatives and campaign rollouts, ensuring brand consistency across marketing materials and visual assets

• Support communication with landlords and retail partners to maximize marketing opportunities and enhance brand visibility

• Coordinate with external agencies and suppliers on production, logistics, and event execution

• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and operational requirements

• Assist in executing marketing programs and partnership opportunities that contribute to client acquisition and relationship-building

• Provide administrative support for marketing activities, including budget tracking, invoice processing, vendor management, purchase orders, event logistics, and reporting

• Maintain accurate records to support efficient project management and execution

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related discipline

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, event marketing, retail marketing, or related fields

• Experience in luxury retail, fashion, lifestyle, hospitality, or premium consumer brands is preferred

• Fluent in English and Mandarin; Cantonese is an advantage

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel

• Strong organizational and project management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Proactive, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Strong teamwork and stakeholder management skills
