HR & Admin officer / Supervisor

Responsibilities: 

  1. Handle Ad hoc and routine Admin tasks from both retail shop and back office. 

  2. Handle Payroll, eMPF, C&B and medical insurance enrolment. 

  3. Handle full-cycle Recruitment, employee onboarding and offboarding. 


Requirements: 

  1. Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related field 

  2. Minimum 2 years solid hands-on experience on Payroll, MPF 

  3. Ability to work independently, with analytical skills and attention to detail 

  4. Experience in F&B, Beauty Clinic is a plus 

  5. One-man band experience in HR & Admin is preferred

  6. Candidate with less experience will be considered as HR & Admin Officer.
