Main Responsibilities:

• Manage key customers to identify their requirements and seek business opportunities.

• Working with the factory process teams in new product development opportunities.

• Achieve business targets with continuous improvement in sales and profit with an aligned company strategy.

• Provide account servicing to existing customers and ensure compliance of day-to-day operation.

• Develop and implement sales strategy, including new product development and launch, promotion activation, selling space management.

Requirements:

• Degree holder preferred in Business, Nutrition/ Food Science, or related disciplines.

• At least 2 years sales and business development experience, preferably in FMCG or Food industry.

• Able to work independently and result-oriented person.

• Self-motivated and a good team player able to handle multi tasks.

• Proficient in using MS Office Application.

• Presentable, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
