• Assist in the rollout of integrated marketing programs. Ensure our online and offline efforts works well to drive brand awareness and sales.

• Responsible for social media management including content ideation, creation, and scheduling to build an engaging community.

• Monitor our CMS and CRM system to ensure our e-shop & mobile App are updated and optimized.

• Manage relationships with joint promotion partners and delivery platforms to maximize reach.

• Design adaptation and production of promotional materials including website visuals, social media assets and in-store POPs.

• Conduct regular report to monitor competitors’ activities.

• Provide hands-on support for marketing events and activations.

• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

 Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing and Business Administration or related discipline;

• 3 years working experience in marketing (retail and F&B preferred);

• Good negotiation and communication skill;

• Innovative, self-motivated, result-oriented, well-organized, proactive;

• Strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently;

• Proficient in PC skills, good written English & Chinese;
