IT System Support

Responsibilities:

  • End-user support;

  • Manage and monitor server, cloud and network devices;

  • Oversee server and database backups;

  • Purchase IT equipment;

  • Update IT document/logging.


Requirements:

  • Diploma or higher in IT or a related discipline;

  • 3-5 years of working experience in the IT field;

  • Experience with Windows Server, Linux Server, Microsoft Office 365, Azure Active Directory, and Exchange Server;

  • Experience supporting Networking (LAN and WAN);

  • Self-motivated, hardworking, and a team player with good troubleshooting skills.
