Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall marketing management of the assigned products, which aim to drive for sales, brand exposure and market shares.

• Enhance product profitability by researching, identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities and improving product packaging.  

• Determine product pricing by utilizing market research data; reviewing production and sales costs; anticipating volume; costing special and customized orders.

• Provide short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports and analysis

• P&L accountability on assigned divisions, annual A&P budget formulation and monitoring inventory of sales goods.

• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities (e.g. identify new products, new distribution channels, new markets etc.) to ensure long term growth

• Introduce and markets new products by developing time-integrated plans with sales, advertising, and production.

Requirements:

• Bachelor in Marketing, Business Administration or related subjects

• At least 7 years’ experience or above in Marketing, with exposure in pharmaceuticals industry is definitely an advantage

• Practical experience in marketing planning and inventory control.

• With Trade marketing experience is definitely an advantage

• Proactive, aggressive and result-oriented with good presentation skill

• Strong communication skills and able to work under pressure

• Able to meet tight deadline and multi tasks handling

• Proficiency in written and spoken English & Chinese

• Candidates will more experience will be considered as Senior Product Manager
