Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize and lead the production department to achieve company’s business objectives

• Act as a key person of a PIC/s standard pharmaceutical plant

• Ensure compliance to health, safety and regulatory requirements of all products manufactured

• Work closely with QA, QC and R&D departments to achieve company’s goals on productivity and quality

• Monitor the equipment, cleanroom and warehouse according to the approved GMP procedures

• Involve in design of various manufacturing process flows in the pharmaceutical plant

• Manage GMP documents e.g. batch production records, manufacturing instructions, SOPs, etc.

• Involve in design and monitoring of Process Validation & Cleaning Validation processes

• Oversee production activities, including control of production process and production facilities

• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned

• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Production Manager
   

Requirements:

• Degree in Science, Food Science, Engineering or related disciplines

• 5 years of experience in a production management role, highly preferably in GMP biopharmaceutical, pharmaceutical manufacturing or food manufacturing field

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
