Customer Service Executive

Location: Tsing Yi Mapletree Logistics Hub

Salary: Negotiable

The role of Customer Service Executive is to provide general customer service for our travel retail client based in Hong Kong.
 
He/She will work closely with warehouse and client in monitoring the inbound process to ensure all shipments could be received in warehouse timely and efficiently for further allocations to sales floor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle daily inbound and outbound operations
  • Prepare daily reports for service review
  • Process checking on Inbound and outbound documentations
  • Shipment issues follow up
  • Handle customer enquiries and follow up correspondence
  • Responsible for accurate data input

Job Requirement

  • F. 5 or above, diploma in logistics/supply chain management preferred
  • 1 to 2 years relevant working experience
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills and a good team player
  • Good command of spoken Chinese and English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Rotating day off on Sunday and Public Holiday
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
