Logistics Executive

Location: Tsing Yi Mapletree Logistics Hub

Salary: Negotiable

On board date: 15 Feb 2023 to 28 Feb 2023

Logistics Executive is responsible to support logistics for outbound shipment execution,
Working hour: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week
Coverage: 8 am to 8 pm
Rotating day off on Sunday and Public Holiday

Key Responsibilities
1.    Execution in SAP system

  • Upload Transportation Capacity Planning file into SAP
  • Execute loading shipment and shipment completion event in SAP
  • Inbound & Outbound STA report to screen controlled item in SAP
  • Print shipping document like Invoice, Delivery Note, Packing list, etc. in SAP for outbound shipment

2.    Physical shipment Handover

  • Coordinate with warehouse for shipment handover by loading list
  • Coordinate with trucker for truck loading
  • Archive logistics document

3.    Shipment status follow up

  • Send shipping pre-alert to logistics service provider in time
  • Archive controlled license and submit license to ST broker if there is controlled shipment involved

4.    Urgent shipment handling

  • Record validated AHLR
  • Sorting by customer ship to code and match physical shipment
  • Paste DHL AWB label

5.    Reporting

  • Daily Outbound shipment tracking list
  • Daily Controlled License Consumption List

Job Requirement

  1. Above 2 years working experience in logistics in Hongkong
  2. Good command of English in reading and written
  3. Independently handle outbound shipment and solving problem
  4. Sense of customs and trade compliance
  5. Sense of urgency
  6. Good communication skill
