Art Piece - Causeway Bay Branch (Beauty and Lifestyle Service Floor)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in monitoring smooth daily operation, people management and CRM activities.
• Guide and support subordinates in building loyal and long-term relationships with customers.
• Maintain good communication and relationship with service vendors.
• Develop and maintain a good team work to enhance the motivation and create enthusiasm throughout the team.
• Handle customer complaints and inquiry in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist to coordinate of marketing and membership activities.
• Perform other duties/ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years working experience in customer services (preferably in beauty or fitness industry), with at least 1 years at supervisory level.
• Sales experience in catering/event/clubhouse will be advantaged.
• Good negotiation, communication, interpersonal and management skills with strong leadership and customer focus.
• Good written and conversational skills in both Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English.
• Positive mindset and strong sense of responsibility.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).
• Willing to work on shift.
