MacNeill Worldwide Pacific Limited (www.champspikes.com) is a US based company which is recognized as a world leader in Athletic traction industry, end customers include Nike, Adidas, Reebok, New Balance, Under Armour, and scores of others; product types cover the sport categories of golf, soccer, American football, baseball, track and field etc.  Now their Hong Kong office is recruiting a Supply & Production Coordinator.

 This position will direct report to the Supply and Production Planning Manager. 

 Responsibilities:

• Manage Purchase Orders (PO) and Sales Orders (SO)

• Maintain vendor costs and pricing

• Oversee inventory management

• Coordinate production arrangements with vendors

• Schedule logistics with vendors from China, Taiwan, and overseas, as well as internal teams in Hong Kong and the US

• Arrange payments with vendors and the US team

• Coordinate in-house label printing processes

Qualifications:

• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail

• Ability to work independently

 Experience, Knowledge, and Skills:

• Advanced Excel skills (including Pivot Tables)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Access

• Familiarity with MRP systems

• Proficient in English, Chinese, and Mandarin

• Higher Diploma or equivalent qualification

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience
