Accounting Assistant

Key Roles and Responsibilities 
 

  • Prepare full set of monthly management accounts

  • Responsible for Accounts duties, including handling daily transactions, data input and processing, compilation of report etc;

  • Support preparation of financial statements

  • Coordinate with other departments in Accounts issues;

  • Assist in handling book-keeping and accounting tasks; &

  • Ad hoc tasks as assigned.

 

Qualification and Experience
 

  • Form 6 or above

  • At least 1 year's relevant working experience would be preferable;

  • Familiar with MS Office, especially in excel;

  • Immediately available is highly preferable.
