THE ROLE

We are seeking to appoint a professional and proactive individual to support the efficient and successful management of pupil recruitment and admissions along with promoting the ethos and philosophy of Malvern College Hong Kong.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• To maintain the daily operation of the Admissions Office, ensuring a smooth workflow and a high standard of service;

• To assist in processing applications, including handling phone and email enquiries, preparing admissions documentation, compiling reports and conducting school tours;

• To collaborate closely with Admissions colleagues across all school sections to meet enrollment criteria and requirements;

• To actively support and participate in admissions & marketing and promotional events;

• To gather admissions information and related market data from other international schools in Hong Kong, and compile management reports / analysis;

• To execute other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor

REQUIRMENTS

• Bachelor Degree in administration or equivalent, with over 3 years of relevant experience;

• An understanding of International school’s sector or working in a similar role would be an advantage;

• Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese;

• Good interpersonal skills;

• Ability to work effectively independently and as a team member;

• Able to work in the evenings and some weekends;

• Good computer and admin skills and accurately utilize large database;

• Is collaborative and can work as part of a team;

• Ability to stay calm under pressure, multi-task, handle complexity, prioritise and organize work;

• Detail-oriented and high proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint;

• Passion for children, warm to parents and public
