Responsibilities:

• General accounting duties

• Collecting and checking invoice

• Preparing voucher and bookkeeping

• Providing clerical support in daily accounting for AR and AP functions

• Document filings

• Perform assigned ad-hoc reports

• Handle daily accounting operations, including Accounts Receivable, cash flow and all accounts ledger, invoice finance & MYOB

Requirements:

• Form 5 / HKDSE holder or above, with LCCI Level 2 or above

• At least 3 year relevant experience

• Responsible, attentive to details & willing to learn

• Hands-on PC knowledge (MS office and Chinese Word Processing)

• Able to work independently and handle multi-tasks

• Immediate available with MYOB experiences is highly preferred

• Working hours: Monday to Friday 9:30-18:00 and Saturday 9:30-13:00 (Alternate Sat off)
