The Job

• To work in Prosecution Department of Enforcement Division to liaise with employers / employees related to MPF matters;

• To attend civil court hearings on behalf of the Authority;

• To handle civil cases related to the MPF matters;

• To assist in compilation of statistics; and

• To perform other duties as assigned by the Management.

The Person

• A recognized degree or equivalent;

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in law enforcement, pension, customer services, labour relations, public administration and accounting/auditing field, preferably gained from the public sector or large organization; possession of MPF-related knowledge is an advantage;

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;

• Good interpersonal and communication skills, judgment and sensitivity;

• Mature, flexible, organized and customer-oriented; and

• Able to work independently and under pressure.

Remuneration Package

A competitive remuneration and benefits package including a discretionary performance-linked variable pay, annual leave, medical, dental and life insurance coverage, and MPF will be offered. All new appointments will be made on a two-year fixed-term contract initially prior to consideration for appointment on a non-fixed-term basis.
