The Job

• Manage full-cycle recruitment including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding, etc.;

• Partner with business units to understand manpower needs and provide HR advice to support business operation;

• Provide support to the formulation and review of HR policies and programmes;

• Compile various HR management reports; and

• Take part in adhoc projects and perform other duties as assigned.

The Person

• A recognized degree, preferably in Human Resources Management, or equivalent;

• At least two years of experience in human resources management, preferably gained in sizable or public organizations;

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;

• An agile and a proactive team player with a positive mindset; and

• Good interpersonal, analytical and PC skills.

We offer a competitive salary commensurate with the appointee’s qualifications and relevant experience.
