Customer Service Officer

Duties:

  • Handle customer calls and inquiries via phone, email or digital tools, providing information on products, services, and sales status
  • Manage and update all customer services-related documents
  • Collect customer feedback and share insightful ideas with the team from time to time
  • Maintain accurate customer service records and reports
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize customer experience
  • Provide administrative support and other ad-hoc duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above
  • Minimum of 2 year's working experience in Customer Services / Telecommunication / Retail experience is preferred
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and Chinese word processing
  • Immediately available is preferred
