What You'll Do

• Front-line Recruitment: Handle end-to-end recruitment for cleaning staff; Explore new and innovative talent-sourcing channels to fulfill recruitment needs; Plan and execute recruitment-related activities such as job fairs and recruitment talks.

• Data & Roster Administration: Coordinate with operations supervisors to update staff attendance records, leaves, and rosters across various service sites.

• Payroll Support: Assist in compiling payroll calculations, validating timesheets for front-line employees.

• Contract Management: Prepare employment contracts, manage staff files for new joiners.

• Ad-hoc Tasks: Support employee relations initiatives and complete general clerical duties as requested by the Supervisor.

What You'll Bring

• Diploma/ Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related discipline 

• 1-2 years relevant experience in the HR field; preferably with solid experience in mass recruitment and experience in service industries, property management, or cleaning companies would be an advantage.

• Well-versed in HK Employment Ordinances and other HR-related legislation is preferred.

• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese typing.

• Good Command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)

• Proactive, detail-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication, coordination skills and teamwork ability, able to work effectively with different departments, frontline staff, and clients.

• Immediately available is highly preferred.
