About the role

Join Matsuta Co Ltd as a full-time Sales Clerk based in Kowloon Bay Kwun Tong District. In this critical role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and driving sales for our leading manufacturing and logistics company.

What you'll be doing

• Engaging with customers, both in-person and over the phone & e-mail, to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions

• Maintaining detailed product knowledge to recommend the most suitable options for each customer

• Processing sales orders, payments, and inventory management accurately and efficiently

• Collaborating with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products

• Providing post-sales support and handling customer inquiries and complaints promptly

• Tracking sales data and contributing to the development of sales strategies

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the manufacturing, transport or logistics industry

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle customer inquiries effectively

• Proficiency in using sales and inventory management software

• A team player with the ability to work collaboratively across different departments

• A positive, customer-focused attitude and the drive to exceed sales targets
