Position : Supervisor (Service)

Responsibilities:

• Provide courteous, professional, and efficient F&B service at all time
• Assist the manager in ensuring a seamless operation both in daily operation and event catering
• Build and maintain a positive rapport with clients and customers

Requirements:

• Qualification in Food and Beverage service training
• Minimum 2 years of working experience as a team leader in a hotel or catering with good standards
• Good knowledge of restaurant service and communication skills (Chinese and English)
• Excellent PC skills (including MS Office)

Work Location:

• Hong Kong Academy of Medicine (黃竹坑香港醫學專科學院)

Salary Range:

• 17-18K
