Responsibilities:

• Provide creative direction and design for the marketing and promotional materials of our brand. This includes developing innovative concepts, ensuring brand consistency, and creating visually appealing designs that align with the company's marketing strategy.
• Be responsible for overseeing the entire creative process, from brainstorming ideas to final production, and ensuring that all materials meet the highest quality standards.
• Carry out the project from concept development, layout presentation, artwork design to production independently. This involves collaborating with various stakeholders to understand their requirements, presenting design proposals, and managing the production process to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials.
• Liaise and monitor the vendors on production related matters. Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts, and oversee the production process to ensure that all materials are produced to the highest standards and delivered on time.

Requirements:

• Design Institute graduates or degree in Visual Communication/ Graphic Design/ Multimedia/ Advertising or related disciplines.
• With at least 8 years’ relevant experience, preferably gained in agency or F&B group or Brands.
• High proficiency in using Mac, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, ChatGPT etc.
• Experience in ChatGPT & AI applications, food photography, animation and video production an added advantage.
• Creative, with strong sense of aesthetics and able to conceptualize ideas from layout presentation to final production.
• Able to handle multi-tasks, work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Proactive, self-motivated and with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate marketing trends and consumer behavior.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including marketing, and various internal departments.
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
