Responsibilities:

• Implement food safety and quality standards in Raw Material and Supplier Quality Management System
• Conduct supplier risk assessment, on-site visit and regular audit for new supplier approval and supplier development, areas located in HK, mainland China or overseas
• Monitor progress of supplier audit CAIP and quality complaint follow-up
• Review new material specification and update existing materials regularly
• Provide technical support to Business Units and related parties on inquiries about raw materials, food regulations and related quality matters
• Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder in Food Science or equivalent
• Min. 5 years of working experience in QA dept. of catering services or food industry; or relevant experience in food safety auditing related business will also be considered
• Experience on food or packaging supplier audit will be an advantage
• Communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Willing to travel in PRC and overseas
• Candidate with less relevant experience will be considered as Senior Quality Assurance Specialist
