Leasing Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to Leasing team on lease administration and related matters, i.e. review Tenancy/Licenses Agreement
  • Prepare and maintain leasing database, regular reports and analysis
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for leasing & operational matters

 

Requirements:

  • High Diploma or above in Business, Property or any related discipline 
  • 2 years' solid experience in property leasing / leasing administration or relevant fields
  • Proficiency in PC applications including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good Command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, attentive to details and self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Leasing Officer
