Job Responsibilities:

• Manage daily food and beverage sourcing to support operational needs across multiple restaurant brands
• Develop category sourcing strategies and implement supplier management programs
• Support food and beverage-related R&D and marketing initiatives

Job Requirements:

• Degree Holder, preferably in business / food related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the catering, food service, or retail industry
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to present proposals and solutions effectively
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Knowledge or experience in beverages and wine is a plus
• Candidate with less experience will be considered for Procurement Officer
