Job Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate the development of packaged food products such as mooncake and bakery products for HK, China and Overseas. This includes market research, flavor development, packaging development, timeline management and product performance review
• Prepare documents such as product information kit and packaging guideline according to different markets’ requirements
• Communicate with various internal parties such as Marketing, Design, Procurement, R&D, QA, Production, Sales & Operation, and external parties like suppliers and licensors of character IP to facilitate product launch
• Conduct data analysis and product review to understand market dynamics and identify market opportunities
• Handle ad hoc projects and admin tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder, preferably in Food and Nutrition, Business Administration, Marketing related discipline
• Passionate in food and sensitive to latest food trend
• 1-3 years experience with knowledge on product development process and project management
• Experience in food industry and packaging development would be advantages
• Good project management, communication and interpersonal skills
• Well organized and detail-oriented, proactive and embrace can-do attitude
• Able to work under pressure with good multi-tasking skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
