Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive business growth and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, R&D, Production and Supply Chain, to ensure the effective delivery of products and services to key accounts.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new market segments, partnerships, and strategic alliances, to expand the company's customer base and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understand their business needs, and provide effective solutions. Act as a trusted advisor and partner to clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
  • Develop accurate forecasts and regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities. Present findings to senior management and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist and participate in other ad-hoc projects

Job Requirements:

  • University graduate with at least 8 years’ experience in FMCG, F&B or Hospitality industry in key account or distributor management
  • Have a proven track record of successfully managing key client relationships and exceeding sales targets.
  • Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, able to work independently under pressure
  • Fluent in speaking both English and Chinese, Mandarin is preferred
