Job Responsibilities:

• Create project status reports for stakeholders and assist in resource scheduling
• Manage project documents such as the project plan, budget, schedule or scope statement, as directed by the project lead
• Execute a variety of project management administrative tasks
• Perform cost analysis, prepare budgets, manage inventories
• Execute approved procurement
• Oversee the company’s procurement policies
• Maintain accurate records and update supplier/products information

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder with 1-2 years of experience in business/procurement/project coordination
• Working knowledge of project management
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Immediately available is preferred
