Temp Clerk - Corporate Sales Team (May to Sep)

Responsibilities:

  • Support Corporate Sales Team in all kind of coordination and sales support activities
  • Perform sales administrative duties, regarding sales quotations, invoices, and related documents, photocopying, scanning and filing
  • Assist in POS, stock taking/ balancing and day end reporting
  • Arrange documents and coordinate with finance/ accounting team
  • Assist in delivering coupons and credit card payments
  • Handle sales hotline calls and enquiries
  • Assist in sales booths/ roadshows including set up, stock taking, payment, packing, etc.
  • Handle full set of shipping documents
  • Perform ad-hoc task as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • University students in any discipline or tertiary educated with at least 1 year of sales support/ shipping experience is preferred
  • Experience in office work and sales support roles
  • Proficiency in MS Office & Chinese processing
  • Attention to details and well-organized
  • Multi-positions. Actual job duties and working period may vary depending on different roles
