Duties : assist and support our education consultants to handle clients communication on a daily basis which include but not limited to

1. e-mail and whatspp communication in English & Chinese

2. some phone communication (Cantoness speaking mostly)

3. deal with client’s enquiry

4. handle student application paper works and track the progress

5. manage student visa

6. calculate commission (some mathematic calculation using excel)

7. general office admin work

8. good in filing and using computer

Requirements :

• at least 3-4 years working experience

• good communication skill

• native Cantonese speaker, good English proficiency

• Highly proficiency with computer as an office tools (Words, Excel, Powerpoint, Chinese typing and e-mail operation)

• Well organized and good time management

• Enjoy communicating with people, meticulous & patience

• Reliable, trust worthy, humble and willing to work in a small company

• Committed with work

Working hours : 

• Mon-Fri (4-5 hours daily) or

  Mon-Wed & Fri-Sat (4-5 hours daily);

  preferably in the afternoon but open to disussion

• your working hours must be within our core opening hours :  Monday - Friday : 9.30 - 18.30   |   Saturday 9.30 - 17.00
