Duties : assist and support our education consultants to handle clients communication on a daily basis which include but not limited to

1. e-mail and whatspp communication in English & Chinese

2. deal with client’s enquiry

3. handle student application paper works and track the progress

4. handle student fees payment

5. arrange test preparation

6. search for information and keeping good record

Requirements :

• at least 3-4 years working experience

• good communication skill and willing to deal with clients

• native Cantonese speaker, good English proficiency

• Highly proficiency with computer as an office tools (Words, Excel, Powerpoint, Chinese typing and e-mail operation)

• Well organized and good time management

• Enjoy communicating with people, meticulous & patience

• Reliable, trust worthy, humble and willing to work in a small company

• Committed with work

Working hours - you have the options :

• work full time  - Monday to Friday 9.30 - 18.30 ; Saturday 9.30 - 17.00 (alternate Tuesday off). Bonus for Saturday work.

• 4 day week - work in our office 4-5 days weekly or half-day 5-6 times weekly during our core office hours. reduced hours will reflect in the salary.
