Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Inventory Planning & Control Coordinator.  This role is pivotal in supporting production planning, inventory control, and supply chain operations.  The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in coordinating manufacturing and logistics processes, inventory systems, and procurement workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory levels to prevent overstock and shortages

• Coordinate with procurement on purchase orders and order tracking

• Monitor factory production in China to avoid over‑capacity and delays

• Ensure on‑time production and shipment; manage rescheduling when needed

• Track demand and forecasts to support accurate ordering decisions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in inventory control, supply chain, production planning, or a related operations role

• Experience working with China‑based factories and/or overseas warehouses or 3PL providers

• Basic understanding of inventory planning, demand forecasting, and purchase order management

• Ability to track factory orders, production schedules, and shipment timelines accurately

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify potential delays or stock issues early

• Comfortable working with ERP systems and inventory tools; good Excel skills required

• Good communication and coordination skills to work with procurement, logistics teams, and external partners

• Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast‑paced environment

• Proficient in English; Mandarin is preferred for factory communication
