Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the complete management of projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Communicate effectively with clients, designers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Develop and manage project budgets, monitoring costs to ensure financial compliance.
• Conduct risk assessments and create risk management plans to mitigate potential issues.
• Coordinate resource allocation to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management.
• Assist the team in resolving technical and management issues to enhance efficiency.
• Conduct regular project reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of management experience in the construction or decoration industry.
• Experience in the Greater Bay Area construction sector is preferred.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies, with strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of coordinating multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure.
• Relevant professional qualifications or certifications are a plus.
