Position: Marketing Supervisor (MS)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Marketing Sales Supervisor to oversee the marketing and sales coordination activities for our optical eyewear factory in Bangladesh. This role involves collaborating with internal departments, managing the local marketing team, and ensuring effective communication between our Bangladesh operations and other company departments.

Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of relevant experience, preferably in the manufacturing or consumer goods sector. Fluency in Bengali and either Chinese or English is required, with proficiency in both languages preferred. Significant experience or education in mainland China will be considered a valued asset. The selected candidate will also undergo 3–6 months of training in China before assuming full responsibilities in Bangladesh.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support the Bangladesh marketing team to increase sales and achieve project goals.
• Maintain regular communication with internal departments, including production, quality control, logistics, and product development.
• Manage relationships with small and mid-sized customer accounts.
• Coordinate laboratory testing from initiation to completion.
• Organize and dispatch product samples to customers and internal teams.
• Oversee the distribution of master samples to the Bangladesh facility.
• Prepare and issue Engineering Change Notes (ECN) and manage revisions for sample and tooling orders.
• Coordinate new and repeat order openings with the support team.
• Follow up on sample orders with the Bangladesh production team and arrange timely customer shipments.
• Track, compile, and analyze sales data to support decision-making.
• Ensure clear and professional communication across departments to align operations and objectives.

Requirements:

• 5–10 years of professional experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience managing or supervising small teams.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to communicate clearly and directly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Fluency in Bengali and Chinese or English (both preferred).
• Experience or education in mainland China highly desirable.
• Willingness to live and work in Bangladesh for the long term.
• Ability to attend training in China for 3–6 months upon hiring.
