Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, define, plan, and deliver Finance strategies and initiatives based on data-driven insights , including 3-year budget plan and management presentations.
• Cascade & manage Finance strategies and targets through unit scorecard and team target setting.
• Manage and track team performance and effectively communicate areas of improvement.
• Research and benchmark best practices to seek new ideas from inside and outside the unit / organization and identify innovative solutions.
• Proactively analyze market / industry trends & changes, utilize visualization tools to synthesis data and draw conclusions to make recommendations for senior management.
• Support location franchise and regional functional strategies implementation and participate in ad hoc projects.
• To actively contribute to developing a positive culture of continuous improvement across Finance.
• Lead Employee Journey enhancements and support transformation for future growth of Finance

Key Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in areas of Finance, Economics or related discipline
• At least 7 years' banking related work experience, specializing in strategic Planning or process improvement related work
• Demonstrates strong data analysis and project management skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
• Fluency in English and Chinese is essential
