Customer Relations Coordinator (Part Time)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle enquiries and complaints with appropriate recovery procedures through various channels in a timely manner
  • Communicate and coordinate with related departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Support the Customer Service Lead in discharging duties to enhance customer experience
  • Able to spot potential issues and alert the management efficiently and effectively
  • Responsible for any ad hoc assignment if required

Job Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in related discipline
  • A self-starter and a team player who possesses good interpersonal skills and a positive mindset
  • Proficiency in using MS Office such as Excel, Powerpoint & Word
  • Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
  • Proficient in Mandarin is a plus
