Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Provide end-to-end project management of both small and large-scale projects throughout their life-cycle
• Understand business needs, prioritise requirements and liaise with technical staffs and vendors to achieve timely and cost-effective solutions.
• Design and ensure a secure, reliable, scalable, compliant and efficient design of systems.
• Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet defined standards.
• Liaise with security, audit and operations teams to ensure proper measures are in place.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing any issues that may impact project success.
• Present to the stakeholders on project development status and seek support from them.
• Responsible for the project cost projection and management.
• Raise and alert the management and/or stakeholders about any potential risk or issues that will prevent the projects from success.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 4 years’ relevant working experience in which at least 2 years’ experience in IT Application Management
• With QA experience will be an advantage
• Solid hands-on technical experience in Application Development Management, including IT Networking/Infrastructure, techniques, risks, best practices, etc. and Security/Change Management principles.
• Proficiency in Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, AliCloud, TencentCloud), Cloud Application Systems 
• Can-do and positive attitude
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to communicate and present with all levels of the organization
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Technical Specialist
