Key Responsibilities: 

The Marketing & Medical Administrator will support both the Marketing and Medical teams (including CRM team, brand team, medical sales and medical marketing) in administrative and operational matters.

• Provide administrative support to marketing and medical teams, including vendor creation & management, invoice handling, budget accrual, code creation etc.

• Perform sales system input and data entry with accuracy and timeliness; Assist in placing orders to selling channels.

• Prepare analysis reports

• Provide logistics and back-end support on marketing and medical events.

• Manage team stock inventory and forecasts.
   

Requirements:

• Good communication skills, hardworking, willing to learn

• Independent, detail-minded, organized

• High sense of responsibility and a good team player.

• Fluent in both spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese

• Proficiency in MS Office , especially in Excel

• Experience in administration / support role in commercial team is preferred
