We produce Box build and Board Assemblies for OEMs in different sectors, Healthcare, Automotive, Industrial Power, Consumer Electronics, and Telecommunications.

We are now expanding our Sales & Marketing team and looking for a talented Sales and Marketing Manager to drive our next phase of growth.
Sales & Marketing Manager

Your Mission: Drive Strategic Growth

In this pivotal role, you will be the catalyst for our expansion. Your core mission is to identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities and strategic projects that align with Mecca's manufacturing strengths. You will cultivate relationships that evolve into long-term partnerships, directly contributing to our market presence and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Prospecting: Identify and target potential clients in key sectors such as IoT, medical devices, and industrial technology and consumer electronics.
  • Pipeline Development: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline by generating qualified leads through research, networking, and outreach.
  • Partnership Cultivation: Develop strong, trust-based relationships with decision-makers, understanding their strategic needs and positioning Mecca's 30+ years of experience as a key advantage.
  • Project Acquisition: Lead the full business development cycle—from initial contact and needs analysis to proposal presentation, negotiation, and closing.
  • Market Intelligence: Gather insights on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to inform our business strategy.
  • Collaborative Execution: Work seamlessly with our experienced engineering and operations teams to ensure a smooth handoff and successful project launch for new clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree or above in Business, Marketing or Engineering related discipline
  • Over 10+ years working experience in Business development and marketing, and familiar with EMS OEM/ODM projects including PCBA and Box Build
  • A proven business developer with a track record in new account acquisition, key account development, or strategic sales, within EMS, electronics manufacturing, or a related B2B field.
  • A strategic thinker who enjoys mapping markets, identifying opportunities, and building a plan to capture them.
  • An excellent communicator and relationship-builder, skilled at engaging with both technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working autonomously while being a collaborative team player.
  • Possess a good understanding of electronics design, development, and manufacturing processes.
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese including Putonghua
  • Station in China factory Mon-Fri
  • Occasional travel is required
  • More experience will be considered as Senior Sales & Marketing Manager
