KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Negotiate and finalize distribution terms with Hong Kong cinema circuits and independent cinemas

• Maintain strong working relationships with cinema partners to ensure smooth release execution

• Monitor daily box office performance and show counts across all cinemas

• Conduct market research and data analysis to identify trends and opportunities

• Prepare and distribute box office reports to internal teams and external licensors

• Handle government censorship issues and submission

• Co-ordinate and review translation and subtitling of feature film

• Coordinate the production and delivery of promotional materials, including cinema domination items and giveaway items for cinemas

• Working with the Distribution and Marketing Team members to prepare and submit plans, SNS posts, and any other theatrical release materials

• Issue & manage complimentary ticket & exchange coupon (E.g. amending T&C, recording ticket serial no.)

• Conduct theatre checks to ensure proper display and promotion of releases

• Maintain updated records of cinema information and ticket pricing

• Assist in organizing and executing gala events, premieres, special screenings, and promotional activities

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) in English and Chinese

• University Graduate with 2+ years of relevant experience

• Related sales and/or marketing experience with a keen interest in anime, films, and game

• Excellent and pro-active organization skills with ability to meet tight deadlines

• Great people person and a good team player

• Willing to work outside office environment and do local travel

• Ability to work in a fast pace environment (with long hours)

• Able to conduct data analysis (with related tools)

• Able to prepare power-point presentation
